Elion Partners and Kraus-Anderson on Sept. 11 finalized their purchase of a 100-acre mixed-use site in Woodbury, Minn., at the southeast corner of Radio Drive and Interstate-94.
The two partners plan to renovate the existing office building into CityPlace, a 700,000-square-foot mixed-use campus with shopping, restaurants, a hotel and additional office space.
Kraus-Anderson and Elion Partners spent 18 months to acquire the necessary approvals. The two partners designed the new project in a collaborative process with the city of Woodbury. The goal is to bring a work-play concept to the suburban location.
