On Thursday, December 6, 2018, the Elite 6 Dinners, a philanthropic membership organization, announced it’s 2019 Elite 6 inductees of real estate industry leaders who will work together in support of Elite 6’s 2018-2019 charity partner, Imerman Angels. The 2019 inductees are Amir Syed, Erin Mandel, Mike Del Preto, Rachel Frangos, Scott Gerami and “Reigning Number 6,” Nykea Pippion McGriff.
Each year, the Elite 6 Dinners hosts its signature dinner event to announce and honor the six new inductees into its select group of alumni, “The Elite 6.” Members are carefully selected from a pool of applicants and nominees from across Chicago’s booming real estate industry. The Elite 6 members are among Chicago’s most influential individuals that best represent the Elite 6 Dinners’ mission to support its annual choice charity partner and strengthen the culture of philanthropy within the real estate industry.
“After a successful first year, we were honored by the immense interest from engaged agents, attorneys and lenders for year two,” said Jenny Delaney, founder and executive director of the Elite 6 Dinners. “We landed on six amazing examples of what it means to be successful and giving within the Chicagoland real estate industry. We look forward to working with them to make a positive impact on the Imerman Angels mission this year and beyond.”
Elite 6’s 2018-2019 charity partner and beneficiary of funds raised by the Elite 6 is Imerman Angels, an organization committed to one-on-one support for cancer fighters, survivors and caregivers.
“The Elite 6 is making waves across our industry,” said Tommy Choi, the 2018 “Reigning Number 6,” current president of the Chicago Association of Realtors and co-founder of Weinberg Choi Residential. “This year’s Elite 6 is a really strong group; I look forward to seeing their impact unfold.”
This year’s induction dinner took place at Bellemore, a Boka Restaurant Group located in Chicago’s West Loop. Bellemore’s Executive Chef, Jimmy Papadopolous and Sommelier, Jamel Freeman, prepared a five-course meal and beverage pairings. To show their support for the Elite 6 and Imerman Angels, community businesses contributed gratitude gifts for the new members. A few contributors include, You Are Beautiful, Luxury Cake Company, Bukiety Floral, The Spice House, BLVDier, One Legged Levi, Eskell, Old Town Oil and more.
