Elmhurst, Illinois-based DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International added industrial real estate specialist Clyde Purmort as an associate.
Purmort brings more than six years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Mr. Purmort will represent owners, tenants, buyers and sellers of industrial real estate in the North Cook, Lake County, and Southern Wisconsin markets.
Purmort joins DarwinPW Realty from his prior position as a Senior Advisor at King Industrial Realty in Atlanta. In this role, he provided representation, strategic advisory, and sales services to owners, investors, and occupiers. He also previously worked for developer Easlan Capital Partners, which provided a unique, multi-dimensional perspective on property valuation, positioning, and long-term potential. Mr. Purmort earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Public Policy at Florida State University.
