Encore Real Estate Investment Services closed the sale of a Pet Supplies Plus store at 3820 Milan Road in Sandusky, Ohio.
The property had four years remaining on the lease at the time of the sale and sold at a price of $1.56 million. That price represents a Cap rate of 8.42 percent and $172.22 a square foot.
Matt Weber and Deno Bistolarides represented the seller, a Michigan-based family partnership. The buyer, a private 1031 exchange buyer, was represented by an out-of-state broker.
