Edina-based Endeavor Development has formed a joint venture with Calibogue Capital and started construction of the speculative development known as Zachary Distribution Center in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Cushman & Wakefield executive directors Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer and Brent Masica are leading the leasing and marketing efforts for the 172,224-square-foot, 32-foot clear speculative distribution center directly off the intersection of Zachary Lane and Highway 610.
Located at 9450 Zachary Lane N. in Maple Grove, ZDC is divisible by 50,000 square feet and will offer 32-foot clear height, 17 loading docks, two drive-in doors and 52 trailer parking stalls. Additionally, it offers access to Minnesota Highway 610 and U.S. Highway 169 and Interstate 94. Endeavor started construction of the project earlier this month.
Minneapolis’s industrial sector absorbed more than 1.5 million square feet in the first half of 2021, while vacancy was 4.1 percent at mid-year. For its part, ZDC will be located in the Northwest Submarket, the Twin Cities’ most active industrial corridor.
