John Kastner, group manager with Brookfield, Wisconsin’s R.A. Smith National civil engineering and surveying firm, has received the 2014-2015 Wisconsin Young Engineer of the Year Award from the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers.
The society presented Kastner with the award during its May 27 Discovery Conference.
Kastner has more than 12 years of experience in a variety of engineering construction and design roles for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, local governments and private developers.
