Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) of Chicago announced that Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc. (ERS), represented by Jordan Rovito, Director and Alex Smith, Executive Vice President, has executed a long term lease on a 77,000 sq. ft. office building located at 840 S. Frontage in Woodridge, Illinois. ERS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Houston, TX based URS Holdings, LLC.
“Our organization has experienced significant growth over the past several years. This growth highlighted our need to find space that is commensurate with the evolution of our company and desire to upgrade our infrastructure to top of the industry standards. Cushman & Wakefield excelled in identifying a space that met our key objectives,” said Scott Nicholson, President of ERS.
The stand-alone office building at 840 S. Frontage will soon become the new home of ERS’s growing call center operation. The Chicago-based student loan servicing company has been operating its 500-employee call center out of its office in Oak Brook, Illinois, and anticipates the addition of 200 employees by the end of 2015.
“ERS had very clear objectives; accommodate a growing workforce while minimizing their real estate footprint. We’re thrilled to be a trusted partner, negotiating on behalf of our client’s best interest by providing solutions to keep their business productive and growing,” said Rovito, who led negotiations on behalf of ERS. “With existing infrastructure and a high parking ratio to accommodate ERS’s density needs, we are confident that 840 S. Frontage is an optimal location for them.”
840 South Frontage Road, LLC, the owner of 840 S. Frontage, was co-represented in the transaction by Gary Fazzio of CBRE and Greg French of French Commercial Realty.
