Entre Commercial Realty LLC has been retained by a large national lending institution and their court-appointed receiver to assume property management agent and leasing responsibilities for two suburban flex/office/warehouse buildings. Entre will handle all the property, financial and construction management of both facilities with Mary Meagher as acting Portfolio Manager. Entre will also handle leasing.

The building features two common-area truck docks, a drive-in door, 16-foot clear ceiling height in the warehouse and has excellent access to the main industrial, retail and office district in Schaumburg. Currently two suites are available for lease — 2,070-square-foot and 7,005-square-foot spaces with office and partial warehouse at a $9.95-per-square-foot modified gross lease rate. These new assignments are part of the expansion of property management services for the firm.
