Entre Commercial Realty announced that Hoerr Properties LLC, recently purchased a 36,000-square-foot, multi-tenant facility at 2430-2436 Wadsworth Road in Waukegan, Illinois.
The property consists of 12 units, varying in sizes from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet. The new owner will be completing some improvements to the property and Entre was hired to lease out the vacant units. Each unit has a small existing office, 16-foot clear, 14 x 12 drive-in-doors, clear span warehouse space, and the opportunity to lease some outdoor storage on the property.
