Entre Commercial Realty closed the sale of a 50,427-square-foot industrial building on 2.13 acres at 150 Chicago St. in Cary, Illinois.
The property had the ability to be divided into multiple units. The purchaser was able to use most of the building for his business and lease the rest to two other tenants. This allowed the purchaser to expand his business from his previous location and have room to grow into the rest of the building over time.
