Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has recently helped complete the sale of a sports & recreation condo in Lake Barrington, Illinois.
Over a dozen years ago, the now former ownership group took a risk and acquired this asset through foreclosure and was able to turn around and build out what is now the Lake Barrington RecPlex.
With the help of Entre Commercial, ownership was able to capitalize on this location proximate to the Canlan Sportsplex and create these highly desirable and high image sports condos within the Lake Barrington sports community, ultimately culminating with the sale of this final 14,444 square foot commercial condo to an affiliate of Ultimate Athletics; a competitive cheerleading organization.
Other units within the 72,000 square foot building were subdivided and sold over the years to users such as Kids in Action Gymnastics, Fattfro Sports, Battlehouse Laser Combat and Ekciting VR.
