Entre Commercial Realty has successfully brokered the sale of 1880 Circuit Drive in Round Lake Beach, Illinois on behalf of the seller. The transaction completes the disposition of a three-building portfolio totaling 44,750 square feet.
The property at 1880 Circuit Drive is comprised of a 14,000-square-foot, clear-span industrial building that was sold to a local user who plans to make this location their headquarters facility. The purchaser also plans to utilize the building for warehousing and distribution.
In 2018, Entre team of Cory Kay and Dan Jones represented the building owners in the two other industrial buildings in the portfolio as investment sales that were 90 percent occupied at the time of the transaction. The property at 5400 Fieldstone Way in Johnsburg, Illinois featured a 15,750-square-foot, six-tenant, industrial building. The property located at 1840-44 Circuit Drive, also in Round Lake Beach, featured a 15,000-square-foot, three-tenant industrial building. Entre was able to capitalize on the lack of available product in that market and the growing investor pool and ultimately procured multiple offers for each facility.
