Entre Commercial Realty LLC recently represented the owner of 300 Millennium Drive in Crystal Lake, Ill., in a transaction with National Gift Card in a five-year lease with an option to buy.
The gift card company will use the 52,493-square-foot facility to manufacture and distribute gift cards for a variety of retailers.
National Gift Card chose the building because of its high-tech manufacturing capabilities, full air conditioning, heavy power and 10,000 square feet of office space.
Built in 2004, 300 Millennium is a “smart” building with air-quality sensors, a particle-free ventilation system and ESD tile floor.
“This building offered a great opportunity for National Gift Card to keep their company in the northwest suburbs in a high-tech building,” said Dan Benassi, principal of Entre Commercial Realty, in a written statement.
Benassi and Mark Deady of Entre Commercial Realty represented the landlord and potential seller, a private owner, in the transaction. Bruce Granger of NAI Hiffman worked on behalf of National Gift Card.
