Jenn Mathis has joined Entre Commercial Realty to spearhead the expansion of the firm’s property management services.
She has experience in client and tenant relations with industrial, office, medical office, and retail properties throughout the Chicagoland area.
Mathis has been in in property management since 2005 and is proficient in accounting, due diligence, budget implementation, and property transitions.
She has held successful positions with Lincoln Property Company and CBRE where she oversaw medical office and mixed-use office portfolios ranging from 500,000 to 3.5 million square feet.
In 2013, Mathis joined NAI Hiffman where she managed one of the firm’s largest industrial portfolios of 4.9 million square feet which she took through the due diligence process for a sale at the end of 2014. She also helped the company gain a foothold in retail property management where her previous experience managing a 2.1 million square foot retail portfolio for Edgemark Asset Management helped garner a new large assignment.
