Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that Elisabeth Lazzara joined the firm as an associate broker working with the team of Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay. Her focus is on sales and leasing of industrial properties in the DuPage and Kane County submarkets.
Prior to joining Entre, Elisabeth served as an Asset Manager and Property Manager for Karael Management Inc. where she oversaw a multi-building industrial portfolio throughout the Chicagoland area. She handled lease negotiations, lease renewals, property maintenance and inspections, operational budgets, and upheld positive tenant relationships.
“Elisabeth’s unique background in marketing and sales for eight years has equipped her with the expertise necessary for furthering client relations, best marketing strategies for utmost exposure, and negotiating contract agreements,” stated Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty.
Elisabeth holds a double major in PR + Advertising and Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
