Entre Commercial Realty LLC has completed a 21,250 square foot sublease located within a 51,026 square foot building at 340 Commerce Drive in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Bioenergy Technologies, a manufacturer of equipment used in the recycling of plastic materials, is expanding their operations and relocating from a smaller location in Crystal Lake. The company was drawn to the exceptional window lines of the building and high image of the site. Other features of the 18′ clear space include a functional warehouse with four truck docks and one drive-in door.
“We worked with the sublessor to provide allowances to the tenant for improvements including flexible divisions of the building,” stated Michael DeSerto of Entre Commercial Realty. “The municipality in Crystal Lake actively supports new businesses coming into their community and provides and easy transitional process.”
