Entre Commercial Realty has successfully brokered a lease at 4400 W. 45th Street in Chicago. Focal Point LLC, a manufacturer of architectural lighting products, has leased the expansion space.
Entre’s Jeff Locascio, SIOR and Chris Wilbur represented the tenant, Focal Point LLC, in the lease of the space. The brokers for landlord, Talos Capital, were Colin Green and Larry Goldwasser of Cushman & Wakefield.
