The building was fully leased to eight different tenants at the time of sale. The facility offers warehouse spaces to local businesses as well as a local softball club. The property is centrally located within Crystal Lake. The purchaser is an experienced investor and is looking to add value and upgrade the building as the tenants continue to prosper.
