Entre Commercial Realty closed the lease of a 11,200-square-foot unit at 1950 E. Devon Ave. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
This unique space offered the new tenant a functional warehouse layout equipped with two docks, two drive-in doors, 18’ clear height, and centralized O’Hare location. Entre was able to secure a tenant quickly with virtually no vacancy from the expiration of the previous tenant. With the completion of this lease, the 98,352 square foot multi-tenant facility is now 100% occupied.
