Entre Commercial Realty finalized the lease of a 16,435-square-foot unit at 71 Garlisch Drive in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.
The property consists of a two-tenant 32,870-square-foot industrial building with 2.40 acres of outside storage along I-90. Entre was able to capitalize on the limited inventory in this submarket offering outside storage capabilities with tremendous interstate access and exposure.
The subject property was leased by a local crane and equipment rental company.
Entre’s Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto represented the landlord and GC Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.
