The rare freestanding industrial facility features 20-foot clear heights, two exterior loading docks, and one drive-in door, making it an attractive option for a variety of industrial users.
Brian Bocci, SIOR, and Jack Steineke of Entre Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Prior to the lease, Bocci also represented the seller in the sale of the property to an investment purchaser. Shortly after the acquisition, they successfully secured a tenant, completing the investor’s lease-up strategy and bringing the building to full occupancy.
