Entre Commercial Realty closed the lease of a 48,005-square-foot industrial facility at 933 Tower Road in Mundelein, Illinois.

Dan Prendergast, Vice President and Marc Hale, Associate of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International represented the private investment group Portokali Investments. The tenant was working on a short deadline and the lease agreement was completed in less than 30 days.
Brian Bocci of Entre was engaged by the tenant to identify a 40,000 to 60,000-square-foot facility capable of supporting specialized operational requirements, including heavy power, ESFR sprinkler systems, and clear heights exceeding 20 feet to accommodate crane installation. After a targeted search, Entre successfully secured a building that met and exceeded these specifications.
The 48,005-square-foot headquarters facility features 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 3,000 amps of power, ESFR sprinklers, three dock doors, and two drive-in doors, offering the tenant a highly functional and scalable solution.
