The property features two buildings with eight drive-in doors and a fenced yard on 1.92 acres of land, making it a desirable asset for industrial users seeking outside storage service capability. Through an aggressive marketing campaign, Entre was able to capitalize on the strong demand for IOS assets, securing multiple offers and sold the property to a local material handling company in need of outdoor storage.
