Entre Commercial Realty brokered the sale of a 31,241-square-foot industrial building at 574 Wheeling Road in Wheeling, Illinois.
At the time of sale, the property was approximately 40% leased, with the new owner planning to occupy the remaining space for their operations.
The facility features 14’–23’ clear height ceilings, two interior docks, four drive-in doors, renovated office space, and triple catch basins, offering a highly functional layout for industrial users.
