Entre Commercial Realty brokered the sale of a 40,368-square-foot building on 3.5 acres at 414 E. State St. in Calumet City, Illinois.
This property, a USDA-certified food processing facility with extensive cold storage infrastructure, will play a vital role in supporting the buyer, Reyes Meats’, long-term growth and expansion plans.
Entre also assisted the buyer in securing a Cook County Class 8 Property Tax Incentive, effectively reducing their property tax obligations and supporting their investment in the local community.
