This rare, freestanding 7,000 square foot building features 18’ clear ceiling heights, three drive-in doors, overhead cranes, and a large yard area. Through an aggressive marketing approach, Entre was able to secure multiple offers for both sale and lease, and sold the property to a user who will occupy the facility as an additional location for their business. This marks the third transaction they have completed on Morse Ave in the past seven months.
