Entre Commercial Realty brokered the sale of two industrial properties in Elgin, Illinois.

The two properties located at 250 – 270 Willard Ave. consist of a combined 20,400 square feet on over 2 acres with approved outdoor storage.

After employing a national firm to auction remaining equipment, Brad Bullington & Ian Pattison of Entre Commercial Realty were hired to sell two remaining real estate assets for a prominent business home to Elgin for over 60 years. Having transacted on several buildings nearby, Entre advised ownership to perform some minor, but necessary, improvements to increase the building values & marketability. By effectively positioning these rare assets, Brad and Ian were able to successfully close on both properties within 45 days.

Brad and Ian of Entre Commercial Realty LLC represented the Seller in both transactions.
