Entre Commercial Realty has completed the lease of a 137,52- square-foot distribution center at Northwest Pointe III, a new development located in Northwest Corporate Park at I-90 and Randall Road in Elgin, Illinois.
Dan Benassi, SIOR, represented the tenant, an undisclosed plastics company. Ken Franzese and John Cassidy, SIOR, of Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
The newly constructed building features 32-foot ceilings, ample truck loading and a customized office buildout. Northwest Pointe III is a co-development of Conor Commercial Real Estate and Globe Corporation; construction services were provided by McShane Construction Company.
