Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has recently completed a 35,000 square foot lease at 175 Prairie Lake Road in the Prairie Lake Business Park in East Dundee, Illinois to Intelex USA.
The new construction facility is nearing completion and Entre was able to lease the entire building with an expected occupancy date of late summer. Entre capitalized on the lack of quality product currently available in this size range and procured a tenant from a neighboring building in the business park. Entre represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
Cory Kay, Jeff Locascio, SIOR, and Mike DeSerto from Entre Commercial Realty represented the building owner, 820 N Wolcott LLC, in the transaction and Mike Berkowitz of Entre worked on behalf of the tenant.
