Houston, Texas-based DXP Enterprises provides innovative pumping solutions, supply chain services and maintenance, repair, operating and production (“MROP”) services.
The distributor chose to relocate their operations to this new facility due to the immediate access to I-355, high-image precast construction and ratio of equal office and warehouse space to meet its company’s business needs.
The landlord, Hamilton Partners, was represented in-house by George Arnold.
