Entre Commercial Realty LLC has finalized the lease of a 28,974-square-foot unit at 340 Commerce Drive in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The property consists of a two-tenant 51,025-square-foot modern industrial building. Entre was able to capitalize on its strong market knowledge of the McHenry County submarket to quickly finalize the lease with a tenant they represented in the market.
The subject property was leased by an international leader in the fork truck industry and will be occupied by their research and development division.
Entre’s Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay represented the tenant and Elisabeth Lazzara represented the landlord in the transaction.
