Entre Commercial Realty has completed the sale of a 56,642-square-foot food production facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
Good Foods Group LLC plans to relocate its headquarters from the city of Chicago to Kenosha County. Nick Walby, Brian Bocci and Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller and Jason Lev of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer in the transaction.
