Entre Commercial Realty brokered a deal on behalf of Goldies Baking, which recently leased 15,122 square feet at 760 Lakeside Drive in Gurnee, Illinois. Entre’s Brian Bocci represented the tenant and Eric Fischer and Marc Samuels of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner.
The property features 22-foot clear ceiling heights, five shared docks and one drive-in door. The tenant is expanding and relocating from nearby McHenry.
