Entre Commercial Realty completed the purchase of a 17,450-square-foot office/warehouse facility located at 6150 Mulford Street in Niles, Illinois. Deibel Laboratories has relocated to this facility from their previous location in Lincolnwood, Illinois.
Deibel Laboratories serves the food diagnostics and personal care industries for over 30 years and currently has eleven laboratory locations across North America. This facility is fully air conditioned with 14-foot ceilings, 53 parking spaces, one truck dock and one grade-level door.
Entre Commercial’s Nick Walby represented the buyer and Brendan Green and Chris Volkert of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
