Entre Commercial is pleased to announce it has leased a 50,000-square-foot building at 1225 Karl Court in Wauconda, Illinois, to Cherokee Manufacturing.
Entre was able to procure a tenant quickly after listing it. The free-standing building features 30-foot clear, six exterior docks, and one drive-in door.
