Entre Commercial Realty LLC announced that it has facilitated the acquisition of a 54,000-square-foot multi-tenant building, which sits on 4.5 acres of land in Cary, Illinois, on behalf of a private investor.
The building features six 9,000-square foot units, 18-22 foot ceiling heights, 120+ car parking and a truck dock for each unit.
The new ownership group hired Entre to handle property management and leasing and announced the immediate leasing of three units totaling 27,000 square feet to American Eagle Packaging Company.
Ownership is planning to rehab the remaining units with new interior office finishes and lighting in addition to exterior upgrades such as new monument signage and parking lot improvements. Entre’s Dan Jones, Dan Benassi and Mike DeSerto represented the purchaser and Foresite Realty Partners’ Ryan Nelson represented the seller, FirstMerit Bank.
