Entre Commercial Realty negotiated a 40,116-square-foot lease renewal at 3301 Wireton Road in Blue Island, Illinois.
The tenant currently occupying the space was on a long-term lease that was set to expire in the fourth quarter of 2024. Entre facilitated negotiations with the landlord and was able to put together a transaction with new terms and conditions that resulted in a multi-year lease renewal for one of the anchor tenants at the property.
The leased space consists of 12 docks, three drive-in-doors, and 60 trailer parking positions.
Entre’s Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto represented the tenant and CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
