Entre Commercial Realty has sold a 12,762-square-foot building on 2.7 acres along with leasing a 12,400-square-foot maintenance building on 7.3 acres located at 4360 Conifer Court, Union Grove, Wisconsin, to the same group which is a manufacturer that produces a range of machines for production, transport and placing of concrete.
Entre was aware of this group looking for a larger site in the area, presented both sites as a package, and secured a deal very shortly after listing the properties.
