Entre Commercial Realty LLC is pleased to announce that Rachel Peck has been promoted to President of Entre’s property management company, Entre Asset Management LLC (EAM). EAM provides property and asset management services to a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties for both institutional and private investor clients.
Rachel joined Entre in early 2020 and brought with her 20+ years of experience in property & asset management services. Throughout her career she has developed and maintained solid tenant/buyer and landlord/seller relationships. Rachel inherits a growing portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties throughout northern Illinois and will oversee the company’s continued expansion of its third-party management services to institutional and private investor clients.

Prior to joining Entre, Rachel served as Director of Asset Management for ML Realty Partners where she oversaw an industrial portfolio comprised of 15 million square feet in both the Chicago and Dallas markets. She handled all lease negotiations, lease renewals, tenant improvement projects, and maintained positive tenant relationships. Rachel holds a double major in business administration and marketing from Carthage College, and a Masters in Education from DePaul University.
