Entre Commercial Realty LLC represented Aptargroup in a three-year lease renewal for its 137,679 square foot space within two buildings located at 801 and 901 Technology Drive in Libertyville, IL.
The two building complex totals 137,679 square feet. Each precast facility features 24′ clear ceiling height, heavy manufacturing infrastructure, shared truck court and multiple truck docks.
“Staying in the space was very important to Aptargroup,” stated Benassi. “They find value in the location, available truck docks and ample manufacturing space. We evaluated multiple market alternatives and worked diligently with the owner to negotiate a fair renewal allowing them to continue their operations for a few more years.” Entre Commercial Realty’s Dan Benassi, Dan Jones and Michael DeSerto represented the tenant, a global manufacturer and distributor of dispensers and plastic packaging for pharmaceuticals, beauty products and foods. The building owner, John Hancock Real Estate, was represented in-house by Dan Shapiro and Christine Choi.
