Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of a 40,500 square foot building at 510 W 172nd St in South Holland, Illinois.
Due to high demand and limited market inventory, Entre was able to identify a buyer and secure the offer within weeks of placing the property on the market. Sam Deihs with Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer, Green Electric Solutions (GES).
GES is an electronics recycler that specializes in the processing, recycling, and decommissioning of IT assets. This property will allow GES to expand their footprint and increase their labor force.
