Entre Commercial Realty has completed the sale of a 21,460-square-foot building located at 300 Townline Road in Mundelein, Illinois. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
A private investor recently bought the building along with an additional 12,000-square-foot storage building situated on 2.59 acres. The property is located with frontage on Route 60 and Route 83 and features 18-foot clear heights, one exterior dock, two drive-in doors, fully sprinklered space and approximately 100 car parking. The new owner is converting the building into a baseball training facility.
