Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the successful completion of a relocation and expansion for O2C Brands, a leader in consumer products since 1992.
O2C Brands is a global designer and manufacturer of innovative consumer products for the home and busy everyday lives of their consumers. Their products are sold in brick and mortar, e-commerce, healthcare, international and promotional channels under five distinct brands: O2COOL, Treva, LunchBots, Ecovessel and Ukonserve.
O2C Brands retained Entre Commercial Realty in early 2022 to evaluate facility options to support the company’s growing business and distribution requirements. The process included evaluation of existing facility capacity, expansion options, inventory requirements, labor availability, etc. which ultimately led to the procurement of a 75,036-square-foot facility at 451 Trumpet Road in Zion, Illinois. The facility, constructed in 2009, provides 30-foot ceilings, eight exterior truck docks and a customized office buildout to suit their growing needs.
