Entre Commercial Realty sold a 12,000-square-foot building on 1.03 acres along with a separate 1.33-acre adjacent land site at 2009 and 2005 Horizon Court in Zion, Illinois.
The building consists of 14’-20’ ceilings, 1,600 square feet of office, triple basins, two drive-in doors and one dock. A contractor purchased the building along with the 1.33 acres next door to convert into more parking.
Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial was the sole broker in this transaction for 2009 Horizon and repped the buyer on for 2005 Horizon Ct.
