Entre Commercial Realty sold a 42,818-square-foot building on 3.09 acres at 3905 W. Albany St. in McHenry, Illinois.
Stone Universe Inc. purchased the property to help service their customers in the Midwest region. The property features 14’-16’ ceilings, one drive-in-door, two exterior docks and is unique with a large fenced in area for either truck parking or outside storage.
