Entre Commercial Realty has recently completed a 21,000-square-foot build-to-suit sale at 745 Tollgate Road in Elgin, Illinois.
The newly constructed facility will be built for AZE, Inc, a national LTL carrier based out of Schaumburg, Illinois. AZE Inc. will utilize the building as the company’s new corporate headquarters, offering in-house maintenance for their trucking fleet and transfer warehouse of customer goods, along with 45 trailer positions.
Entre represented both the developer, Triumph Construction and buyer, AZE Inc. in this transaction. Entre was able to procure the buyer by finding a centralized location with I-90 exposure and by obtaining a special use permit from the Village of Elgin for truck maintenance and trailer storage. This marks the 6th build-to-suit sale the team of Cory Kay and Mike Deserto has completed since 2020.
