Entre Commercial Realty LLC is pleased to welcome Denise Chaimovitz, SIOR, to its team. Ms. Chaimovitz brings nearly 20 years of experience as an industrial real estate broker to her new role. Since 2004, she has represented more than 300 landlords, tenants and investors in over seven million square feet of transactions with more than $300 million in market value.
Ms. Chaimovitz joins Entre Commercial Realty from Paine/Wetzel, where she won several No. 1 Top Performance Awards. She also worked at Newmark Knight Frank Epic, where she was known for her mentorship roles and even published The Industrial Broker Training Manual for new brokers. She formerly served on the board of directors of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and is also a member of SIOR.
Ms. Chaimovitz holds a master’s degree in organizational development from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
