Entre Commercial Realty represented Exeter Property Group in their purchase of a 122,048-square-foot, highly visible facility in Lake Zurich from 1300 Rose Road LLC, on behalf of Powernail. The seller, a manufacturer of tools, fasteners and accessories for the construction trade, will be leasing back approximately 65 percent of the facility on a long-term lease, while the remaining portion of the building has another tenant in place.
The building, built in 2005, features 28-foot clear height, expansion land and low Lake County taxes. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial Realty represented Exeter in this transaction. Kris Keller of Keller Williams worked on behalf of the seller.
