Entre Commercial Realty announced that the firm’s Mike Gazzola and John Gazzola assisted IST America in the acquisition of a 4,181-square-foot industrial condo unit at 125 Capista Drive in Shorewood, Illlinois. The transaction was valued at $75.00 per square foot.
This acquisition was a sale leaseback with PFB Center, Inc. Inland Contractors, a local electrical contractor, occupied the space previously and will remain as a tenant. The long-term use for the unit will be for expansion of IST’s U.S. operations. Entre also represented IST in the acquisition of the two units at 121/123 Capista adjacent to the 125 unit in 2015 for their North American headquarters.
