Entre Commercial Realty LLC announced its representation of the developer in the construction and sale of a new 40,000 square foot industrial building within the Huntley Corporate Park at 13700 George Bush Court in Huntley, Illinois. Entre’s Dan Benassi and Mike Gazzola represented the developer, Reiche Construction, while the buyer, Cargo Equipment, was represented by Bruce Granger of NAI Hiffman.
The new build-to-suit facility is situated on 2.4 acres and features 24-foot clear ceiling heights with four exterior docks. Cargo Equipment, a 52-year-old manufacturer of high-quality load securement equipment and supplies, will relocate from 640 Church Road, Elgin, where it has been located for more than 20 years.
Huntley Corporate Park is a 240-acre master planned business park in the I-90 Corridor 5 miles west of Randall Road offering custom-designed office / industrial facilities from 20,000 to 250,000 square feet. The park features I-90 frontage and is located at a new full 4-way interchange at I-90 and Route 47, which was just completed in early 2014.
In addition to its ideal location, it is an economical alternative with land prices up to 20% lower than locations within Elgin and the surrounding area equating to a significantly lower overall project cost.
